Automatic Azan for your smart home
Smart Azan helps you play the Azan automatically at prayer time with clear, reliable audio across the devices your family already uses. You can automate Azan on Alexa speakers, Smart TVs, Fire TV, and Google Nest devices without needing to open a phone app for every prayer.
This setup is useful for homes, offices, and small prayer spaces where a consistent prayer reminder should be easy to hear. After configuration, Smart Azan keeps the daily reminder hands-free and aligned with your selected prayer time settings.
1. Configure your Smart Azan settings
Log in to the Smart Azan website and configure your Azan calculation method, location, and prayer time preferences. These settings control when the Azan plays, so choose the calculation method and adjustments that match your local timetable or mosque schedule.
Review your settings after moving, changing time zones, or adjusting daylight saving time preferences. Accurate prayer time settings are the foundation for reliable Azan automation on every connected device.
2. Enable the Smart Azan Alexa Skill
Open the Alexa app and enable the Smart Azan Alexa Skill. Use the same Amazon account connected to the Alexa speakers or Fire TV devices where you want prayer notifications and Azan playback.
Once the skill is enabled and linked, Alexa can work with Smart Azan as part of your home automation setup. This lets your Echo speaker or Alexa-enabled device respond to the Smart Azan routine at the right prayer time.
3. Create your Alexa routine
Create a routine in the Alexa app to connect Alexa with Smart Azan for seamless prayer notifications. In the routine, select the Alexa speaker, Fire TV, or compatible device that should play the Azan.
If you want Azan in more than one room, create routines for each speaker or room. Keep the routine enabled and confirm the selected Alexa device is online so the Azan can play automatically when prayer time arrives.

More than automated Azan
Smart Azan can do more than play Azan. You can also receive prayer notifications, listen to Live Quran Radio, use Adhkar features, connect with a local mosque, and keep more of your daily Islamic reminders in one place.
With the right setup, Smart Azan turns Alexa speakers, Smart TVs, Fire TV, and Google Nest devices into practical prayer-time companions for your home.
